The application must be supported by the following documentation, sorted in the same order as this list. Put all documents in the same envelope.

One set of documents is sufficient.

Term starting in August/September 2009



Admission service will open: December 1, 2008



Application deadline: January 15, 2009

* Certificates and diplomas from previous education from recognized university.
* (Transcripts and degrees should be attested) by the H.E.C, IBCC Islamabad, Lahore office.
* A copy of your passport or some other document of identification.
* Proof that you meet the specific requirements of the programme (s) chosen (for example a short essay or a letter of intent is required in some cases, check programme description). Purpose letter (why the student wants to do study in Sweden)
* Proof of English skills.
* 2 Reference letter from your previous institution or professional
* 2 Photographs(White back ground)
* Experience Letters(If any)



Please avoid staplers, paper clips, and documents with text on two sides.

All documents, copies and scanned documents supporting the application must be stamped and signed by the issuing institution, or a notary public.

Please note that applications not supported by officially certified documents will not be processed.

The documents should be in the original language, and in officially certified translations into Swedish, English, French or German, if the documents are issued in any other language than the Scandinavian languages.

Please note that we check the authenticity of your documents with the issuing institution. Applications with unauthentic documents will invariably be rejected.

Special Requirements:

If your degree was awarded in Pakistan, your degrees/transcripts and

Diplomas awarded have to be attested by the Higher Education Commission in Pakistan.

All relevant documents have to reach to University address before deadline.

Applications with unofficial documents will be rejected.
